Paulina Rubio Beating

Paulina Rubio Beating, She is the singer renowned for her fiery Latina temperament. But it seems Paulina Rubio may have gone too far, as she is being sued by her former assistant who is claiming she beat him up for failing to book a first class airplane ticket.Felipe Restrepo Betancur claims he worked for her from August until just a few days ago, when the saucy Mexican popstrel flew into a rage at Miami Airport.
However her lawyer has dismissed the claims, labelling him as an incompetent drunk whose allegations are 'the subject of fantasy and make believe,' and that he ended up being fired by his exasperated boss.

TMZ are reporting Felipe filed his lawsuit in federal court in Florida, in which he states the slender 5' 4" singer missed her plane from Miami to Mexico last weekend  and tasked him with getting her on the next flight out.

He states there were no first class seats remaining, and that when he told Paulina she would have to sit in coach she flew off the handle and took out her anger on him.

He is claiming the 41-year-old Shakira lookalike became violent when they boarded the plane, unleashing a flurry of punches, kicks and even slaps.

In addition she is accused of pelting him with various objects.

Felipe is claiming he suffered serious injuries from her attack, including abrasions and contusions on his shins and arms.

The sensitive chap is also claiming he suffered emotional damage.

He recounts how he quit his job as soon as they returned to Miami, and is now demanding more than $250k to make things right.

But in a statement, her lawyer says: 'The moment after being fired and eventually recovering from his inebriation Mr. Restrepo ran to an attorney who was representing another individual in a meritless lawsuit previously filed against Ms. Rubio's company Link Tours, Inc.'Incredibly, Mr. Restrepo has concocted a fable about being beaten by a woman half his size.

'Notably absent from this entire story is any reference that this "beating and humiliation" was documented or observed by anyone on the flight.'

It's not the first time fruity vocalist has been accused of having a short temper, as she was arrested last year after allegedly getting into a screaming match with police in Florida.
