On Nov. 19, Gossip Cop reported the pop singer had been complaining about feeling unwell Sunday, on the day of the Video Music Awards. However, she didn't allow her nagging throat to stop her from supporting her on-and-off-again boyfriend.
Nonetheless, Selena visited an emergency room in Los Angeles Monday to get her condition checked out by doctors. Here's what is known:
Selena went to the hospital because "her throat was bothering her," according to a source to E! Furthermore, her "stepfather has had bronchitis so she wanted to be extra careful to make sure she wasn't getting it, too," the source added.
Nonetheless, it appears the "Wizards of Waverly Place" Disney star is one the mend and the momentary scare is over for now.
