Tim Mcgraw And Faith Hill

Tim Mcgraw And Faith Hill, Faith Hill and country singer husband Tim McGraw have once again brushed off divorce rumors which surfaced in the tabloid press recently. It was alleged that the couple’s 17-year marriage is on the rocks.

The couple told reporters, before they performed a double header of shows on Friday in Las Vegas, that they had outlasted divorce rumors which started in their first week of marriage:

“I wish people would stop buying that stuff, and I wish they’d just stop printing that stuff. Happy is good. I don’t know why happy can’t be a story.” Faith Hill said cynically referring to the tabloid press.

Hill spoke about the effect her husband has on her as well as her love and respect for him: “He has this charisma and this unexplainable presence. It’s magnetic, and it’s incredible. I just feel like an amateur every single night.”

For his part Tim McGraw also extolled the virtues of his loving wife, saying about her: “She walks out and just opens her mouth and it comes out so beautifully and soulfully. That’s what keeps me on my toes.”

The couple’s amazing chemistry was abundantly clear as they sat opposite each other performing the hit I Need You with hands on opposite sides of the same microphone and their other hands on each other’s knees.

Faith Hill spoke about the fact their latest string of shows will be ending shortly: “I think this will probably be it. It’s increasingly more difficult with the high school thing. You’ve just got to be there.”

Khloe Kardashian Blonde

Khloe Kardashian Blonde, It’s about time Khloe Kardashian made a fierce change! The 29-year-old beauty was in the Netherlands on Nov. 16 launching the Kardashian Kollection for Lipsy, but all anyone was talking about was her brand new blonde locks! Is this Khloe’s sexiest look ever?

Khloe Kardashian Debuts Blonde Hair

Khloe shed her trademark dark brown hair and showed off a newly dyed mane instead. With her hair styled in flowing waves, the new blonde locks beamed in the Amsterdam sun as Khloe posed for pictures.

Closer to her roots, Khloe maintained a shade of light brown to complete the ombre hairdo.

Suspect Blames Twin

Suspect Blames Twin, A judge says an Army officer linked by DNA to several sexual assaults on young girls will be allowed to blame his twin brother at trial for attacks in two states.

The Gazette reports (http://bit.ly/1agdX2C) that District Judge David Shakes ruled Friday it would be "inappropriate" to bar 1st Lt. Aaron Lucas' attorneys from presenting his identical twin as an alternate suspect, given their shared DNA.

Attorneys for the Colorado officer say investigators picked the wrong Lucas after discovering a DNA link to an unsolved attack on a young girl in Madison, Ala., in 2007, and another in Texarkana, Texas, in 2009. They assert those cases involve Lucas' twin brother, who hasn't been charged.

Shakes will allow the out-of-state evidence at trial.

Brian Lucas could not be reached for comment Saturday but investigators have said he has denied involvement.

Aaron Lucas also has denied luring or trying to lure 11 girls into his vehicle in Colorado between 2009 and 2012. His attorneys did not return a message left by The Associated Press on Saturday.

Nicki Minaj Satan

Nicki Minaj Satan, Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj notoriously didn't get along throughout their one-season stint on American Idol, and earlier this week she told an interviewer that her time on Idol "was like going to work every day in hell with Satan". Now, Carey's husband, Nick Cannon, is coming to her defense.

"I told you guys she hated it," Cannon tells Billy Bush and Kit Hoover on Access Hollywood Live. Cannon isn't surprised that his wife is speaking out against her short-lived reality TV home, but he does clarify that he doesn't think Carey was talking about anyone in particular in her comments.

"That's not a forum for the biggest superstar in the world, in my opinion," he says. "I don't even think it's about the people on the panel. If you pay attention to what she was saying, she said it's about when someone tells you something and paints a picture one way, and that's not the case."

Jessica Hart Taylor Swift

Jessica Hart Taylor Swift, Setting the record straight! Though supermodel Jessica Hart reportedly said that performer Taylor Swift "just didn't fit" at the 2013 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, the brand's chief marketing officer, Edward Razek, was thrilled with the pop singer's performance. What's more, he tells Us Weekly exclusively that Hart's comments were misinterpreted.

On Nov. 13, Hart was asked by WWD at the fashion show's after-party whether Swift could pull off being a Victoria's Secret model. "God bless her heart. I think she's great," said Hart. "But I don't know, to me, she didn't fit."

Today, Razek has come forward to clarify Hart's comments. "I have personally been in contact with Jessica Hart and she said she was 'wildly misinterpreted' and that she thought Taylor was 'amazing,'" Razek tells Us. "She is stunned that anyone would think differently. And that's something we can all agree on."

Razek continues, "I can tell you that everyone at Victoria's Secret was blown away by Taylor's performance. She could not be more beautiful or talented, that we felt extremely lucky to have her, and that she is welcome back to do the show anytime she wants."

Indeed, the Angels themselves had a wonderful time with the young songstress, 23, he says: "I know that for fact. I talked to them. If you don't believe me, look at the Angels Instagram posts. Wherever possible they posted shots of themselves with Taylor. In fact, they insisted she be in the 2013 Angels class picture that was taken at the end of the show, and nearly all asked to have a picture taken with her backstage. She is as good and strong and powerful and beautiful an artist as I've ever come across."

"Taylor's not ready to be an Angel? She's more than ready to be anything she wants to be," he says. "I could not have more respect for this woman, or be more appreciative of her participation, and I can speak for the entire VS brand, the crew, and most certainly the Angels."

He adds: "We honestly could not have been happier with Taylor. She rocked the house. Sounded great. Looked stunning. And had the best time with the Angels. Some things I let slide. But not this. It couldn't be more wrong."

The former Celebrity Apprentice star, who suffered from acid reflux and relied on anti-anxiety meds in the past, shared in 2012 how her diet choices and lack of sleep were affecting her overall well-being. "I was constantly going to the doctor," she confessed. "I finally realized my food choices were affecting my health."

Wes Welker Concussion

Wes Welker Concussion, The Denver Broncos’ 27-17 win victory over the Kansas City Chiefs could be costly as wide receiver Wes Welker sustained a concussion in the fourth quarter Sunday.

Welker suffered the injury during a 20-yard catch-and-run play in the fourth quarter. He started to leave and then took a knee.

Despite the hit, Welker returned on the drive and had a nine-yard catch, but did not return to the game following that play.

According to league’s concussion protocol, Welker will be limited in practice this week , meaning he could have a first full practice Friday at best even if he passes a baseline test Monday.

The Broncos play Welker’s former team, the New England Patriots, next Sunday night.

Welker was targeted 10 times in the win over the Broncos’ division rivals, finishing with eight catches for 74 yards. He has nine touchdown catches this season.

Osu Cheerleader

Osu Cheerleader, Two assistant cheerleader coaches at Ohio State University were kicked off the team in May during a sex scandal that included charges of harassment.

Eddie Hollins and Dana Bumbrey were fired on Nov. 7, according to the school's student newspaper The Lantern.

Kim Heaton, the athletic department's director of human resources, stated in a letter dated June 20 that Ohio State's head cheerleading coach Lenee Buchman did not properly report a complaint and the coaching staff was required to attend sexual harassment education session in July.

According to records The Lantern obtained, Bumbrey and Hollins were fired "for cause" on May 23.

The Columbus Dispatch reported that cheerleaders accused Hollins of making sexual jokes and at times slapping male students on the butts and tapping their testicles. They accused Bumbrey of making inappropriate remarks to the female cheerleaders, including nicknaming one "Fornicate."

The cheerleaders said Bumbrey routinely talked about the size of the female cheerleaders' butts and made remarks such as "she always has her legs spread" when one cheerleader was in a compromising position during routines.

According to records, investigators said Hollins had been investigated for similar charges in 2006 and should have known better.

"Ohio State University has no tolerance for this type of behavior," Ohio State spokesman Gary Lewis Jr. told the Dispatch. "The university conducted a complete and thorough investigation and found that the behaviors of Hollins and Bumbrey were inconsistent with university values and violated university policies."

The fired coach said that sexual joking among the coaches and team members was common, and comments they made to cheerleaders were never taken seriously.

The Lantern noted that Bumbrey was a 1995 graduate of Ohio State and had been a member of the coaching staff since August 2009 and was an OSU cheerleader from 1992-95. Hollins was in his third stint as a university cheerleading coach and was a 1994 OSU graduate.

Annette Bening Son Transgender

Annette Bening Son Transgender, Stephen Ira, the transgender son of Hollywood power couple Warren Beatty and Annette Bening, has filmed a public service announcement opposing a New York Medicaid regulation excluding transgender people from accessing healthcare.

"I grew up outside of New York, but I've always known I've wanted to move here for the city's vibrant artistic community," Ira says in the spot. "As a trans person, I would hope that I'd be welcomed but many trans people aren't because we don't have the basic healthcare coverage we need to survive."

The ad was produced by GLAAD and the Sylvia Rivera Law Project.

In 2011, state Health Commissioner Dr. Nirav Shah said that "no consideration is being given to any change in current state policy and any proposal to have gender reassignment surgery funded by Medicaid would be rejected."

California and Minnesota already use Medicaid funds for the surgery.

Anna Davis Arrested

Anna Davis Arrested, Former Buckwild Star Arrested for DUI, MTV‘s hopeful replacement for The Jersey Shore, Buckwild caused massive controversy with its alcoholic cast, crazy antics and more.

The show was taken off the air over a year ago, after MTV decided to cancel the show in the wake of Shain Gandee’s death. The cast were in the middle of filming season two, Salwa Amin and “Bluefoot” were both in jail and Shain had recently passed, and so producers decided to stop filming rather than continue without its most popular stars.

However, the remaining stars of Buckwild are still in the headlines. Salwa has been doing really well in her rehabilitation, and she is recovering from her opiate addiction. Although, other cast members still seem to have issues controlling their substance intake.

This time, it’s cast member Anna Davis who has been arrested for DUI (something nearly the entire cast has been arrested for previously).

Stop us if this one sounds familiar — one of the people from the ex-MTV show “Buckwild” was arrested this morning in West Virginia … this time for a DUI. Anna Davis — who the show described as a “true wild child” — was busted early Saturday morning for aggravated DUI.

It’s unclear at this point why the DUI charges were elevated since a whole slew of things could have caused it … but the same thing happened to her co-star Bluefoot earlier this year when he had a BAC higher than .15. Anna was released hours later on a $1k pr bond — meaning she didn’t have to pay … just promise to show up in court. – via TMZ.

Previously, Salwa Amin was arrested for disorderly conduct and drug offenses. Tyler Boulet was arrested for underage drinking. Michael “Bluefoot” Douglas was arrested for DUI. Joey Mulcahy was arrested for DUI. And the late Shain Gandee had also been arrested for DUI.

Mike Mccormack Dies

Mike Mccormack Dies, Hall of Fame offensive lineman Mike McCormack died Friday in Palm Desert, Calif. He was 83. During his nearly 50 years in professional football, McCormack played, coached and held several executive positions, including president of the Carolina Panthers.

Panthers spokesman Charlie Dayton said he spoke with McCormack’s wife, Ann, and was informed of McCormack’s death from natural causes.

McCormack spent 12 seasons with the Cleveland Browns, helping the franchise win NFL championships in 1954 and 1955. He played with Otto Graham and blocked for running back Jim Brown.

“The Cleveland Browns were saddened to learn of the passing of Mike McCormack,” the Browns said in a statement. “His contributions to our history are profound, not only on an individual level, but also with regard to the tremendous success we enjoyed as a team during his career. Both the Browns and the NFL are most fortunate to have shared part of his amazing life. Our deepest condolences go out to his wife, Ann, and his family.”

McCormack later coached the Philadelphia Eagles (1973-75), Baltimore Colts (1980-81) and Seattle Seahawks (1982). He served as president and general manager of the Seahawks.

McCormack was instrumental in helping the Panthers land an NFL franchise in 1993 and is the first person selected into the team’s Hall of Honor.

“It is safe to say that we would probably not have a team in the Carolinas if it were not for Mike McCormack,” Panthers owner Jerry Richardson said in a release. “He had the contacts in the National Football League and was universally respected by everyone associated with professional football.”

Richardson and McCormack have remained close friends.

“He was a wonderful man and our thoughts and prayers are with his wife, Ann, and the entire McCormack family,” Richardson said.

A native of Chicago, McCormack made his mark in the NFL long before joining the Panthers in 1989.

McCormack was a dominant offensive lineman for the Browns. At McCormack’s Hall of Fame induction ceremony, coach Paul Brown called McCormack “the finest offensive lineman I have ever coached.”

USA Today named McCormack to its 75th anniversary all-NFL team, listing him as one of the best three tackles in league history.

McCormack’s coaching career began as an assistant in 1965 with the Washington Redskins, learning under coaching legends Vince Lombardi and George Allen.

But he never experienced the same success he had as a player. McCormack was a combined 29-51-1 during his career as a head coach.

Still, he was respected enough that the Seahawks hired him to work on the personnel side as president and general manager. McCormack left the Seahawks in 1989 and Richardson hired him as an adviser in an effort to help bring professional football to the Carolinas.

He later served as team president, but left the Panthers after two seasons so he could spend more time with his grandchildren.

Richardson named McCormack to Carolina’s Hall of Honor in 1997. He is one of only two people in the Hall of Honor; the other is former linebacker Sam Mills, who is also deceased.

Dayton said the Panthers plan to hold a moment of silence prior to Monday night’s game against the New England Patriots.

Chloe Lattanzi

Chloe Lattanzi, Being the offspring of famed Aussie singer, Olivia Newton-John it seems has been a tad too much for 27 year old Chloe Lattanzi.

In a new account the doomed daughter and only child of Olivia Newton-John and her then husband Matt Latanzi explains in an exclusive with the UK’s dailymail how starting at the age of 15 she spiraled out of control in a web of depression, anorexia, self medication with cocaine, vodka and anti depressants as she struggled to become the perfect thing she thought she had to be.

While Olivia Newton John, now 65 has managed to retain the aura of a wholesome, squeaky clean girl next door, her daughter, Chloe has had to spend an eternity struggling with her mother’s legacy as she attempted to replicate her mother’s ascent.

Fresh out of rehab, Chloe Latanzi goes on to explain the resentment of being born into money, fame, privilege and how that shit messed with her head.

Tells Latanzi: ‘Fame totally messes you up. I don’t blame my mother for my problems, but I would never want to be famous or raise a child of my own around the cult of celebrity. It ruins lives.

‘If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it is that you can’t be fragile in this business, or else you end up like Lindsay Lohan.

‘That’s not meant as an insult: I know she – and a lot of celebrities and celebrities’ kids – are struggling with  demons and addictions, just like me, and not all of them are brave enough to address them. It’s disturbing that everyone wants to be famous these days. Our culture is sick.’

Lesean Mccoy Flag

Lesean Mccoy Flag, LeSean McCoy showed up at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday wearing a Raiders vest, so it only stood to reason that the Philadelphia Eagles running back would be imbued with that old school Raiders sense of disrepute.

Prior to the big divisional game against the Washington Redskins, McCoy ripped a Redskins flag away from a fan near the tunnel to the locker room.

That’s pretty shady, Shady. It’s the Eagles fans, not the players, who are stereotypically supposed to act like boors.

The Eagles came out with the same tenacious attitude on the field, to less-than-stellar results. On the first play from scrimmage, defensive end Fletcher Cox made an unnecessary shove on Robert Griffin III after the quarterback stepped out of bounds, earning a 15-yard personal foul.

Tony Picard Football

Tony Picard Football, A 400-pound running back named Tony "Big Tone" Picard, who makes his high school competitors and teammates look like little-league football players, has become a sensation as clips of him smashing through defensive lines and barreling down the field have gone viral.

According to the North West Prep Report, the 400-pound, six-foot-four Picard plays running back and nose guard for White Swan High School in Yakima, Wash., where this season he has rushed for more than 570 yards and scored eight touchdowns.

"It’s so much fun to have him go out [on the field] as a captain and see him shaking hands before the game," White Swan coach Andrew Bush told Indian Country Today Media Network. "They’re just kind of staring, like ‘Oh my gosh, you’ve got to be kidding me!'"

Picard, who is part Umatilla-Nez Perce Indian and part Sioux Indian, is currently a senior and says he hopes to be able to play college football after he graduates this year.

"Yeah I want to play college football it is my dream. I hope I can go the next level," Picard told the North West Prep Report. "People say that (I'm too big) but I try not to let it get to me."

While his size is an asset when playing high school football, it can be a disadvantage as a running back when faced with considerably larger opponents in college football where it will make him more of a target if he is not athletic enough to overpower them and gain yardage.

According to Picard's coach however, Picard is faster than you would expect and "so agile."

And when he is not rushing the ball himself, the massive running back will often serve as a decoy, distracting the other team's defense to "make a path for the smaller guys to score," Picard said

"Most teams will sacrifice five guys to stop him: four linemen and a middle linebacker. That leaves three guys on each side to stop the rest of our team," Bush told Indian Country Today Media Network. "Everything else opens up: our outside running, our play action, and our entire passing game. We average about 450 yards as a team offensively."

Mcstay Family Mystery

Mcstay Family Mystery, Four skeletons found in shallow graves in the Southern California desert are believed to be those of a San Diego County family that vanished three years ago, police said Friday, resolving one mystery and raising a host of new questions about what happened to the seemingly happy couple and their two young sons.

40-year-old Joseph, his 43-year-old wife, Summer, and their sons Gianni, 4, and Joseph Jr., 3 — were apparent homicide victims, San Bernardino County Sheriff John McMahon said. csmonitor

Police now will try to piece together what led the McStays to disappear and end up 100 miles from their home, not far off heavily traveled Interstate 15 connecting San Diego and Las Vegas. The family's skeletal remains were found Monday by an off-road motorcyclist.

"It's not really the outcome we were looking for, but it gives us courage to know that they're together and they're in a better place," said Joseph McStay's brother, Michael, struggling to speak through tears as other family members sobbed at a news conference.

"I know the sheriff's and the FBI and everybody wants to bring this to justice," he said. "I just want to know when it's over. That's all."

McMahon said investigators don't know many details, including when the McStays were killed, how long the bodies had been in the desert and if they were killed there or elsewhere. Evidence at the scene included some clothing, but McMahon wouldn't say if authorities found a weapon or whether a cause of death was determined.

However, he said: "There is investigative evidence that is at the scene that will help complete the investigation."

The two graves, located about 50 yards off a dirt road, were 1- to 2-feet deep, and there were two bodies in each, McMahon said. Some of the bones had been dragged to the surface by animals, he added. He declined to say how the bodies were arranged in the graves.

The parents' identities were determined through dental records. Police are awaiting DNA testing on the other remains but believe the skeletons are those of the couple's boys.

The McStays disappeared without a trace from their home in Fallbroook, about 55 miles north of San Diego, in February 2010. There were no signs of forced entry at the residence or in their SUV, which was found parked near the U.S.-Mexico border.

Neither Joseph nor Summer had told family or friends they were leaving. When they were reported missing, authorities went to the house and found eggs that had rotted on the kitchen counter and two pet dogs in the backyard, indicating the family hadn't prepared for an extended leave.

Nothing was missing from the home, and the couple's credit cards and tens of thousands of dollars in bank accounts never were touched.

Their McStays' disappearance launched what San Diego County sheriff's investigators called their most extensive missing-persons search ever.

Authorities pursued hundreds of tips and eventually came to believe the family left voluntarily for Mexico. One of the pieces of evidence supporting that theory was a poor-quality video that appeared to show four people matching the McStays' descriptions walking into Tijuana, Mexico.

Some family members doubted the video showed the couple and their children. The case was later turned over to the FBI.

McMahon said Friday there's no indication — at this point — the family ever went to Mexico.

"We're looking at all options and investigating this crime from the beginning," he said, adding that Mexican authorities were not assisting in the investigation.

The investigation, which had faded from the news, cracked open Monday when an off-road motorcyclist called police to say there were some bones in a semi-rural desert area near Victorville. The remains were identified as the McStays after local authorities contacted the Department of Justice and asked if there were any missing-person cases involving a family of four.

Russell brand helen mirren

Russell brand helen mirren
Russell brand helen mirren, Russell Brand may have a bit of explaining to do today after photographers caught him in a steamy clinch with an older woman who wasn’t his wife – although he may just get away with it as it was national treasure

Katy Perry had arrived at the Arthur premiere with her playful husband but the minute she left the red carpet at London’s O2 arena leaving Brand to continue the media rounds, he grabbed the glamorous The Queen actress and moved in for the kill.Looking dapper in a swish Dolce and Gabbana suit, the British comedian took Mirren by her waist – who instantly obliged, wrapping her arms around his neck – and puckered up to engage In a lingering snog. The pair even shut their eyes for the moment – surely a sign they had both surrendered to the kiss.

The 35-year-old funnyman – who has recently been slammed for losing his comic edge – proved he was back on form as, according to the Daily Mirror, he later joked: ‘I’m sure Katy Perry will be irritated by that snog.’

Brand and Mirren have developed quite a relationship since working together on comedy Arthur, with him previously describing her as ‘sexy and enchanting.’And it’s evident the 65-old vixen has left quite an impact on the childlike man as he added: ‘I want Helen Mirren to bathe me like a nurse in a nursing home and then she drops the soap and something naughty happens.

‘I love my kisses with Helen. They are so erotic. Right on the Queen’s lips.’The pair kept up their playful charade all night as they posed for photos and Russell even referred to her as a ‘tiger’ in the strapless gown she had on.Mirren did manage to spare some time for her 66-year-old husband Taylor Hackford, with whom she had arrived at the event  – though she reverted back to her usual sophisticated image with him by her side.

But Katy doesn’t need to worry too much as she got her fair share of Russellisms on the red carpet before he turned his attentions to the other leading lady in his life. The Brands arrived hand-in-hand still looking like the picture-perfect Hollywood married couple, Katy laughing at his jokes and tightly hugging him while Russell stared lovingly down at her.

They showed the world another very public kiss – which is turning into a favourite hobby of the pair at red carpet events – as Russell further tried to show he still has his cheeky side by giving his wife’s behind a big squeeze.

Russell’s latest film Arthur is a remake of the 1981 classic starring Dudley Moore and Liza Minnelli. The film has been panned in the US, with one reviewer saying it should ‘put a nail in the coffin of Brand’s career as a movie comic’. But Dame Helen defended him as ‘a tornado of energy who’s also very disciplined’.

Gwyneth paltrow mario batali

Gwyneth paltrow mario batali
Gwyneth paltrow mario batali, Gwyneth Paltrow is in the best shape of her life at 41, thanks to a healthy diet and grueling daily workouts. Paltrow, who was recently named the Most Beautiful Woman in the world by People magazine, even amazes her celebrity friends with her dedication.

"She's relentless," celebrity chef Mario Batali told Life & Style Sept. 26. "It's two hours a day of exercise."

Batali, 53, has been friends with Paltrow since the 1990s, and the two share a love of good food and cooking. Batali says Gwyneth and her husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, are both health and exercise fanatics, which he says is necessary in their line of work.

"They're serious exercise addicts," observed Batali. "They both know what they need to eat, and not to just go by some fad diet. They need to eat because the machinery needs it. They're both performers.”

Paltrow has made no secret of her dedication to intense workouts, admitting her rigorous exercise regimen has reduced her to tears. Like most people, the mom of two sometimes does not feel like hitting the gym, but has made exercise a part of her daily routine, just like brushing her teeth.

Gwyneth's longtime trainer is fitness guru Tracy Anderson, who also works with Kim Kardashian, Nicole Richie and Ashley Greene.

The willowy 5-foot-9 blonde beauty is an accomplished cook who enjoys preparing low-carb, gluten-free meals for her husband and two children. Earlier this year, Paltrow was slammed after revealing she won't feed her family gluten, pasta, bread, rice, dairy or chicken eggs.

She later backpedaled following accusations that she was depriving her children, but noted that every nutritionist, doctor and health-conscious person she knew extolled the health benefits of going gluten-free.

Meanwhile, Batali says Gwyneth is so skilled in the kitchen that she once cooked paella for him in a bikini without getting a single food stain on her.

"Last summer we were at her house in East Hampton, and she made paella in a bikini and didn't get one speck of oil [on her] or get any little burns because she's a patient chef," he said.

Tyra banks clay aiken

Tyra banks clay aiken
Tyra banks clay aiken, Clay Aiken is stepping back into the limelight, revealing more personality than ever. The 33-year-old singer will always be part of the permanent pop-culture lexicon after gaining fame as one of the most successful runners-up in American Idol history, dating back nine years to season two.

But he has also been fiercely private, despite flashes of outspokenness. (See: Aiken's bitter 2009 tirade against fellow Idol also-ran Adam Lambert, one of whose TV performances he slammed as "awful," "contrived" and "slightly frightening.")

For years, Aiken -- whose fans are dubbed "Claymates" -- appeared to be in hiding from his true self, dodging persistent questions about his sexuality. In September 2008, he publicly confirmed he's gay, months after welcoming a son, Parker Foster Aiken, with friend Jaymes Foster, the sister of music producer David Foster. She produced his fourth studio album, On My Way Here, released that same year.

In July 2010, Aiken dropped a disc of standards called Tried and True, and this week, he returns from a two-year album hiatus with the follow-up Steadfast, a tribute to '50s and '60s songs. It contains seven tracks from Tried and True, plus a pair of covers and one original song in a repackaging of his previous effort.

In that sense, he appears to be capitalizing on his current stint as a contestant on NBC's Celebrity Apprentice, the Donald Trump-created ego franchise from which Aiken most certainly would have shied away several years ago. He can be seen Sunday nights competing for cash (all proceeds go to charity) alongside Arsenio Hall, Debbie Gibson and Real Housewife Teresa Giudice.

Aiken marked a media appearance to promote his projects on Tuesday's edition of the Bravo chatfest Watch What Happens, hosted by Andy Cohen. The no-holds-barred tone of the show seemed to rub off on Aiken, who confessed to having plastic surgery.

"I had operative surgery on my jaw for a TMJ thing and I had them suck the fat out of my chin while they were in there," he said, not mentioning the date on which he went under the knife. "I was like, 'You know what, while I'm already down, go ahead and take the vacuum in there and suck the fat out of my chin.'"

(It's worth noting that Aiken has made a cameo on NBC's 30 Rock as the cousin of the character Kenneth (Jack McBrayer), whose weak chin is a running joke on the series.)

In another candid conversation, the singer and reality star weighed in on the tragic death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, who was shot dead by neighorhood watchman George Zimmerman while unarmed last month.

"The Trayvon Martin story has gotten a lot of coverage already but this is in memory of him," Aiken told the Huffington Post on Wednesday, sporting a hooded sweatshirt in tribute to the Florida teen. "As a father, you think about your own kid and mine is really young but this could be anyone’s child. We need to have something happen here, some sort justice and arrest. I’m not saying a conviction, I'm just saying an arrest and a jury deciding this instead of just some cops."

According to the Huff Post, citing sources, Aiken "does very well" during his Apprentice run.
Nearly 10 years since his overnight Idol fame, the once-shy performer seems to be making a concerted effort to remain in the spotlight, where he seemingly belongs -- and wants to be.

Mall Shooting Video From New Jersey Shows Gunman Firing Into Ceiling

Mall Shooting Video From New Jersey Shows Gunman Firing Into Ceiling, A mall shooting video was released by New Jersey police on Friday, showing a gunman dressed in black firing shots into the ceiling.

Police released both 911 calls and video from the mall shooting that took place earlier this month at The Garden State Plaza in Paramus. Police said 20-year-old Richard Shoop of Teaneck, New Jersey, fired several times from a gun that had been modified to look like an AK-47 assault rifle.

The mall shooting video shows Shoop in a black motorcycle helmet, black clothes, and black gloves and carrying a gun and backpack. A store employee can be seen running for cover and closing the shop’s heavy glass doors as Shoop walks by.

Other shoppers were seen huddled together by a store entrance and then turning quickly to run for safety as they clutched each other.

Police initially started on a wide-ranging search for the suspect in the New Jersey mall shooting, including a visit to his home. But Shoop’s body was later found in an interior hallway in the lower level of the mall.

Witnesses said the gunman indicated that he had no intention of hurting anyone, and they believed that his intention was to commit suicide. Police later said that Shoop did not aim any of his shots at employees or shoppers, and the mall shooting video shows that his only shots were fired into the ceiling.

The mall shooting prompted a quick response from New Jersey police. They received so many 911 calls within the minutes after the shooting that they added 10 dispatchers to answer calls and even routed some to places as far away as New York City and Pike County, Pennsylvania.

One of the 911 transcripts mentions this enormous police response. The caller tells the 911 dispatcher that there are now police officers in the mall, and asks if it is safe to approach them.

“There are many, many SWAT teams,” she tells him. “Just stay where you are until police come and get you. Probably half the state police department has sent help.”

China to ease decades-old one-child policy nationwide

China to ease decades-old one-child policy nationwide, China will ease family planningrestrictions nationwide, the government said on Friday, allowingmillions of families to have two children in the country's mostsignificant liberalisation of its strict one-child policy inabout three decades.

Couples in which one parent is an only child will now beable to have a second child, one of the highlights of a sweepingraft of reforms announced three days after the ruling CommunistParty ended a meeting that mapped out policy for the nextdecade.

The plan to ease the policy was envisioned by the governmentabout five years ago as officials worried that the strictcontrols were undermining economic growth and contributing to arapidly ageing population the country had no hope of supportingfinancially.

A growing number of scholars had long urged the governmentto reform the policy, introduced in the late 1970s to preventpopulation growth spiraling out of control, but now regarded bymany experts as outdated and harmful to the economy.

While the easing of the controls will not have a substantialdemographic impact in the world's most populous nation, it couldpave the way for the abolition of the policy.

"The demographic significance is minimal but the politicalsignificance is substantial," said Wang Feng, a sociologyprofessor at Fudan University specialising in China'sdemographics, before the announcement.

"This is one of the most urgent policy changes that we'vebeen awaiting for years. What this will mean is a very speedyabolishment of the one-child policy."

In the 1980s, the government allowed rural families with agirl to have two children, Wang said. "Ever since the '80s,there's been nothing as clear as this," he said.

Wang Guangzhou, a demographer from top governmentthink-tank, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, estimatedthe new policy would affect 30 million women of child-bearingage In a country which has nearly 1.4 billion people.

Although it is known internationally as the one-childpolicy, China's rules governing family planning are morecomplicated. Under current rules, urban couples are permitted asecond child if both parents do not have siblings and ruralcouples are allowed to have two children if their first-born isa girl.

There are numerous other exceptions as well, includinglooser rules for ethnic minorities and allowing parents who arethemselves only children to have two children at most.

Any couple violating the policy has to pay a large fine.

The one-child policy covers 63 per cent of the country'spopulation and Beijing says it has averted 400 million birthssince 1980.

Many analysts say the one-child policy has shrunk China'slabour pool, hurting economic growth. For the first time indecades the working age population fell in 2012, and China couldbe the first country in the world to get old before it getsrich.

"It's not a huge reform, there have been small adjustmentsall along," said Liang Zhongtang, a demographer from theShanghai Academy of Social Sciences.

"I am just worried that they will make no furtheradjustments for a very long time after they've made this one."

Tian Xueyuan, a retired family planning scholar who helpeddraft the original one-child policy, told Reuters the rules wereonly meant to last about 25 years.

"They could have implemented this policy several years ago,"he said.

Numerous studies have shown the detrimental effects of theone-child policy. China's labour force, at about 930 million, will start declining in 2025 at a rate of about 10 million ayear, projections show. Meanwhile, its elderly population willhit 360 million by 2030, from about 200 million today.

A skewed gender ratio is another consequence.

Like most Asian nations, China has a traditional bias forsons. Many families abort female fetuses or abandon baby girlsto ensure their only child is a son. About 118 boys are born forevery 100 girls, against a global average of 103-107 boys per100 girls.

Family planning officials have been known to compel women tohave abortions to meet birth-rate targets.

Still, the adjustment is likely to be popular.

Zhang Yuanyuan, who has a one-year-old son, said she hadalready decided to have one more child before the new policy andwas willing to pay the fine.

"We are very, very happy about this new policy," Zhang toldReuters.

Cholesterol guidelines: New guidelines focus on heart disease, stroke risk

Cholesterol guidelines
Cholesterol guidelines: New guidelines focus on heart disease, stroke risk, Cholesterol guidelines have been updated by the American Heart Association and the American College of Cardiology, which means that more Americans could wind up taking medications to control their cholesterol, according to a Nov. 15 report on Keloland Television.

The new cholesterol guidelines expand recommendations for who should take statins, the medications that reduce unhealthy cholesterol. According to the New York Times, the changes that come with the new cholesterol guidelines are significant.

For one thing, the new cholesterol guidelines move away from the old guidelines, which date to 2004, which recommended trying to achieve specific cholesterol numbers.

Under the new cholesterol guidelines, the aim is more broad — taking medications to reduce your risk of heart disease and stroke, especially for people who have unsuccessfully tried lifestyle efforts to reduce cholesterol levels. This is largely because the potentially serious side effects of statin medications could outweigh their cholesterol-reducing benefits.

The exception under these cholesterol guidelines is for people whose harmful LDL cholesterol is so high that side effects from medication are worth the risks to reduce that LDL cholesterol.

Another major difference with these cholesterol guidelines is encouraging people to be aware of their own risk of heart disease and stroke as a result of elevated cholesterol levels. An online CV Risk Calculator developed by the American Heart Association and the American College of Cardiology can help you determine your risk.

According to a CNN article about the new cholesterol guidelines, people should ask themselves four main questions:

Do you have heart disease?
Do you have either type 1 diabetes or type 2 diabetes?
Do you have an LDL cholesterol level more than 190?
Is your 10-year risk of a heart attack greater than 7.5 percent?
Answering yes to any of these questions means you should take a statin to reduce cholesterol, according to the new cholesterol guidelines.

Tonya Graddy Killed In Chevron Refinery Explosion

Tonya Graddy Killed In Chevron Refinery Explosion
Tonya Graddy Killed In Chevron Refinery Explosion, Tonya Graddy, a 46-year-old woman From Semmes, Alabama, was killed in an explosion and subsequent fire at the Chevron Refinery in Pascagoula. Various authorities were at the refinery for the whole day on Friday trying to establish what caused the massive explosion.

What is known is that at approximately 2 a.m. something went wrong in a processing unit at the refinery.

Kevin Barber who works a few miles away from the refinery spoke to reporters about the blast: “A big and black cloud of smoke balling up like an atomic bomb explosion,” he said, continuing: “Over that way I saw two big clouds of smoke. Chevron was on fire.”

A brother of one of the workers at the Chevron Refinery, Tommy Hicks, read about the explosion on Facebook and went into panic: “I was trying to make sure my brother was okay. It is a rough life to make,” he said.

Unfortunately, Tonya Graddy, known to her friends as “Toni” wasn’t lucky enough to escape the fire.

General Manager of the refinery, Tom Karvar, said about the loss of Tonya Graddy:

Right now, the most important thing is to address the needs of her family. It is, of course, a tragic morning. This refinery is a big refinery. We have over 1,500 employees and it may sound like a lot of people, but it is a family. What we don’t want to do is feed and foster a lot of speculation as to the root cause and causes of this. We have to have this investigation team, which will be a dedicated effort. We will do that essentially around the clock until we have a clear picture of what happened

This is the third incident in a decade at the Pascagoula refinery, two of which have resulted in death. In 2003 a refinery worker was killed when he fell from scaffolding while at work. And in the summer of 2007 a fire was ignited in one of the crude processing units there.

A full investigation is underway into what caused the fatal explosion at the Chevron refinery which resulted in the untimely death of Tonya Graddy.

Elf On The Shelf Birthday Tradition

Elf On The Shelf Birthday Tradition, For all of you that participate in the “Elf on the Shelf” tradition…how many times have you forgotten to move that pesky elf before your kids woke up in the morning? For me, it’s a daily challenge to remember to help my elf get into mischief.

Creator and author of the popular “Elf on the Shelf”, Carol V. Aebersold, gives parents a tip on how they can remember to help their elves get back to the North Pole and back before it is time for their kids to discover him again. It’s simple really, just use post it notes.

“I tell parents to put a blank sticky note on the bathroom mirror every night so that they can remember to check whether their elf has flown back to the North Pole,” says Aebersold.

Aebersold released a new book back in October called, “The Birthday Tradition”, which is where Santa will allow the child’s elf come back for one special day each year: their birthday.

“What other more special family tradition is there than your own special holiday, your birthday,” says Aebersold. “We heard so many requests from kids saying ‘Can my elf come back?’ that we decided to talk to Santa, and he said, ‘This is how we celebrate birthdays at the North Pole, and kids might want to do it, too.” Aebersold says she has gotten a great response from the new book, with thousands of kids writing letters to Santa to have him send their elf back for their birthdays.

“Elf on the Shelf” was more than just a creative idea Aebersold thought up. It was a tradition that her family started years ago, and once she had kids of her own, she decided to write a book to share their tradition.

“It was a tradition we had in my family; you adopt your elf for a lifetime. So when I got married, he came with me and my children grew up with my elf. When they grew up they told me what a wonderful family tradition that was and said ‘Mom, we should write a book and share it with the world,’” she said

Emily Riedel back for second season of 'Bering Sea Gold'

Emily Riedel back for second season of 'Bering Sea Gold', The only female star of the Discovery Channel's "Bering Sea Gold: Under the Ice," Emily Riedel, said the danger of the show is worth the reward.
This season, Riedel and other stars of the show, are searching for gold in Nome, Alaska, forced to drill beneath four feet of ice to get to the bottom of the Bering Sea.

“We were really limited by the elements, the winds 20 or 30 below. It was very difficult conditions to make money in,” Riedel told FOX411. “There were a lot of barriers we needed to overcome and we are all still learning. It was a chaotic and frustrating time drilling under the ice… we aren’t certified divers and we are trying to do something that is very difficult and dangerous.”

The show's stars face the threat of hypothermia, frostbite and even getting trapped under the ice. But Riedel said it's all worth it.
“There are certain goals I have for gold mining that I haven’t yet achieved, so I am going to keep on trying until I do,” she said. “The conditions might be awful, but everyone in the world wants to find gold. If you find it, it is yours. It is worth it.”

The Alaska native says she's an opera singer by passion and wouldn't be comfortable having a "normal" job.
“On a bad day I say I could stop this and become an accountant, but that’s not true. I would be a horrible accountant. We are incapable of having regular jobs. I have an uncomfortable personality in general,” Riedel said. “Normal settings make me really anxious. I don’t feel normal in what should be normal situations.

“It is a very difficult job mentally and physically, and there just aren’t many women drawn to this career. Although there should be and I hope that changes,” she added. “A lot of guys have come up to me and told me that I inspire their daughters, and I am proud of that. I have had a lot of failures, but I have gone completely out of comfort zone and ventured into something that was dangerous, but challenging and rewarding.”

Kris Versteeg returns to Blackhawks in 4-player deal; Panthers eat salary

Kris Versteeg returns to Blackhawks in 4-player deal; Panthers eat salary
Kris Versteeg returns to Blackhawks in 4-player deal; Panthers eat salary, If nothing else, the Chicago Blackhawks just bettered their odds in rap battles.

Kris Versteeg, whose gritty game and rhyme-kicking at a Stanley Cup parade endeared him to Chicago Blackhawks fans, was traded by the Florida Panthers to the Hawks along with Phillippe Lefebrve in exchange for forward Jimmy Hayes and defenseman Dylan Olsen.

As part of the deal, the Panthers pay half of Versteeg’s salary through the duration of his contract. He has two more seasons after this one at $4.4 million against the cap. According to Cap Geek, the Panthers and Blackhawks share that hit, with both carrying $2.2 million against the cap.

Said Hawks GM Stan Bowman:

“We are excited to bring Kris back to Chicago and are pleased to add a player with his experience and versatility to our lineup. Kris is well respected within our organization and will be able to make a seamless transition to our team because of his familiarity with many of our players and with Coach Quenneville. This move strengthens our team depth and Kris’ skill is a great complement to our current roster.”

Lefebrve reported to Toledo of the ECHL. Versteeg comes in as Michal Handzus went on IR with an “upper body injury.”

Obviously, for the cap hit, it’s a coup for Bowman. Versteeg, 27, scored 23 goals in 2011-12 before injuries limited him to 10 games last season and reduced ice time – including being a healthy scratch – limited him to 2 goals in 18 games.

One gets the sense that this happy reunion could spark Versteeg’s game. It’s a change on the fly for Bowman, as the team’s been winning. Bye-bye Jeremy Morin?

As for the Panthers, GM Dale Tallon said:

“We are pleased to welcome both Jimmy and Dylan to the Panthers.
“Jimmy is a young, strong, hardworking, versatile forward who brings both size and skill to our team. Dylan, a former first round draft pick, is a young, solid defenseman who adds further depth to our blue line. We thank Kris for his contributions to the Panthers, including helping us win the 2011-2012 Southeast Division Championship, and wish him the best of luck in his return to Chicago.”
Tallon drafted Olsen when he was GM of the Blackhawks.

Hey, if Vinny Viola, the Panthers’ new owner, is cool with eating half the contract, getting two young players with NHL experience that can play immediately for what amounts to a sell-off that didn't want to be a Panther anymore isn’t bad. Hayes, in particular, could flourish in Florida. That doesn’t excuse the 4-year deal they handed him in 2012.

Jon Stewart Calls Out Toronto’s Rob Ford

Jon Stewart Calls Out Toronto’s Rob Ford, Jon Stewart of the Daily Show put on a hilarious display this week, calling out Toronto’s Mayor Ron Ford, and his recent crude references to oral sex during a press conference. No one but Jon Stewart could pull off a report like this–replete with comedic facial expressions and deadpan dramatic pauses. It’s what he is best know and loved for.

In a hilarious clip, now referred to as Throw Down the Mic, Stewart has no doubt left people all around the United States–and likely in Canada, too–in stitches over the debacle that is Toronto Mayor Rob Ford. On his show, he prefaced it by urging parents to call their children to the TV.

“You might want to go right now and wake them up and bring them downstairs. And gather them around the television set. It’s more important than school,” he said.

Of course he wasn’t serious. Any parents who followed his command either don’t get the gist of Stewart’s show, or require a serious psychiatric evaluation.

Twitter followers responded to Stewart’s report–urging others to check it out. While it’s absolutely unfathomable to imagine someone like Rob Ford in the mayor’s office in a city like Toronto, comedians all over the world are no doubt reveling in his crude faux pas. For those still harboring some concern about the fair Canadian city, do note that Ford was voted out of office this past week.

If the world must, on occasion, deal with abominations like former Toronto Mayor Rob Ford, at least people like Jon Stewart offer deep sighs of comic relief. It’s quite likely that late night TV and other big name comics will follow suit as well.

The Killing' shock: Netflix revives twice-canceled show for final season

The Killing' shock
The Killing' shock: Netflix revives twice-canceled show for final season, The Killing" was AMC's real zombie show.
Netflix has struck a deal with Fox Television Studios to resurrect the rainy crime drama for a fourth season.
That's right: "The Killing," a show that's been canceled twice, is coming back to life for a second time.

AMC axed "The Killing" after its second season last year, only to pick it up again after talks between the studio and Netflix sparked interest in another round. The third season aired this summer on AMC to fairly modest ratings (ending with 1.5 million viewers). In September, AMC cancelled the increasingly ironically titled "The Killing" — again.
But apparently those cable executives didn't execute a proper double-tap to the head.

Because Netflix is bringing "The Killing" back with a six-episode fourth and final season. Stars Mireille Enos and Joel Kinnaman are on board, and so is showrunner Veena Sud.

"The rich, serialized storytelling in 'The Killing' thrives on Netflix, and we believe that it is only fitting to give Sarah Linden (Enos) and Stephen Holder (Kinnaman) a proper send off," said Cindy Holland, vice president of original content for Netflix. "We are looking forward to offering fans — both existing and new — a series that we know is perfectly suited for on-demand viewing."

Netflix previously revived Fox's cult favorite "Arrested Development" for a 4th season, and is often a company that studios call when their shows are axed to see if there's any interest. The move could be a smart play for Netflix since it gives the company an exclusive lock on the conclusion of the show without a big episode commitment (AMC is not part of the deal). Whenever viewers stream "The Killing" for years to come, if they want to see how the series concludes, they'll have to watch it on Netflix (or a company that makes a distribution deal with Netflix).

Unless ... of course ... this is not REALLY the end of "The Killing." A Netflix rep assures this order will conclude of the show, but unless the final shot of season 4 is Linden and Holder skewered on top of the Space Needle, there's always going to be a few fans wondering if The Killing could rise again, rainier and more murderous than ever.

Khloe Kardashian Wears Leather Pants And Sheer Top In London

Khloe Kardashian
Khloe Kardashian Wears Leather Pants And Sheer Top In London, Khloe Kardashian took a page out of Kim's look book on Thursday (Nov. 14) when she sported a pair of leather pants and a very sheer top during a visit to the BBC Radio One studio in London.

The 29-year-old reality star turned heads when she made her way into the BBC venue wearing leather trousers, a sheer black top and a feathered jacket. Her daring top revealed her belly button and a hint of cleavage as she posed for photos after the interview.

Kardashian has been promoting her and her sisters' new clothing line, Kardashian Kollection with Lipsy, across the pond this week. Aside from talking about their role as designers, she opened up about life on television.

"I think everyone needs some me time," she told E! News. "But with our show, we've been filming with the same camera crew for so long that they're like family. And it's weird because they are also like a comfort zone for me, the people."

"Sometimes you're like, ‘I just don't want to be bothered by anyone,' not even a girlfriend," she added. "Sometimes you really just want to lock yourself in a room and have your personal space."

Sinkhole opens up in Florida, swallows portions of 2 homes

Sinkhole opens up in Florida, swallows portions of 2 homes, Residents in Florida evacuated from a neighborhood Thursday after a sinkhole opened up, swallowing parts of two homes that engineers say will have to be destroyed.

The sinkhole has expanded in size since it was first reported and it is now 70-feet wide and 53-feet deep, according to Fox 13. It also has damaged a pool and a boat.

"It started swallowing everything around it. We were home. We were sleeping. My daughter woke us up," homeowner Michael Dupre said, noting that the ordeal began around 5:15 a.m. local time and sounded like a sledgehammer pounding on a wall.

There were no reports of injuries.

Engineers were called in to assess the homes and ultimately decided both Dupre's home and his neighbor's would be complete losses.

"We grabbed only the important stuff," Dupre told Fox 13 after he evacuated his home. "Insurance information – stuff like that. You don't really think about this kind of stuff happening."

A backhoe was used to pull Dupre's boat from the hole. Crews had feared fuel in the boat could leak into groundwater. Otherwise, the rescue crews are in a holding pattern until the hole stabilizes.

Dupre said he had been concerned about a sinkhole opening up on his property and had brought in a company to pour grout into his home’s foundation the past two days, according to The Associated Press.

Sinkholes are common in Florida because the peninsula is made up of porous carbonate rocks such as limestone that store and help move water underground. Over time, the rocks can dissolve from an acid created from oxygen in water, creating a void under the limestone roof. When dirt, clay or sand gets too heavy for the limestone roof, it can collapse, creating a sinkhole.

State officials say three counties in the Tampa region are known as "sinkhole alley." Two-thirds of the sinkhole damage claims reported to the state Office of Insurance Regulation between 2006 and 2010 came from Hernando, Hillsborough and Pasco counties. Dunedin is in neighboring Pinellas County.

On Feb. 28, Jeffrey Bush died when a sinkhole opened under his bedroom in Seffner, Fla., near Tampa. His body was never recovered. In August, sections of a building at a resort near Orlando collapsed into a sinkhole. No one was injured in that incident.

Harry Connick Jr. Lands Third 'American Idol' Judge Spot

Harry Connick Jr. Lands Third 'American Idol' Judge Spot
Harry Connick Jr. Lands Third 'American Idol' Judge Spot, Harry Connick Jr. is returning to American Idol -- this time, in a judge's seat. The singer, who has appeared on the Fox reality competition multiple times as a mentor and performer, is inking a deal to serve as a judge alongside Keith Urban and Jennifer Lopez on the upcoming 13th season, a source close to the show tells The Hollywood Reporter.

The news comes one week after THR revealed that Dr. Luke, previously considered a frontrunner for the position, dropped out of negotiations due to a conflict with his label at Sony Music. (Sony rival Universal Music Group holds exclusive rights to American Idol recordings.)

Earlier this week, THR reported that Connick was a contender for the gig as Fox was reluctant to bring another woman on board after last season's friction between Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj, which did not play well with the show's key older female demographic. While the network had hoped to bring an industry professional into the mix, time is of the essence. Had the show not signed a third judge soon, production could have faced a delay.

On Thursday evening, Idol producer Simon Fuller hosted a small party in the champagne room of Los Angeles hotspot Bouchon with series mainstay Randy Jackson (who will move from judge to mentor in the upcoming season), Urban, Lopez and Connick on hand to toast the forthcoming announcement.

Friday morning, Ryan Seacrest set fans' tongues wagging with a tweet: "Got some @AmericanIdol news for you coming very soon…"

The receipt, for a $93.55 (£58.22) meal at Gallop Asian Bistro in Bridgewater, New Jersey, was left on the table scribbled with the message: ‘Sorry I cannot tip because I do not agree with your lifestyle & the way you live your life.’

In addition she has received more than $1,200 (£750) in donations via Paypal within 24 hours, and the total is still rising.

‘It blows my mind and puts the biggest smile on my face to know that so many stand behind me and are out there willing to help. I’m speechless I really am,’ she said.

Earlier, an angered Ms Morales sent a picture of the unnecessary note to an LGBT group on Facebook and said: ‘I am THOROUGHLY offended mad p****d off and hurt that THIS is what her kids will grow up learning and that I served in the Marines to keep ignorant people like them free.

‘Sorry lady but I don’t agree with YOUR lifestyle and the way you’re raising your kids but you didn’t see me throwing that in your face and giving you s****y service. Keep your damn mouth shut and pray we never cross paths again.’

The picture has been shared almost 2,000 times on the social networking site, with thousands more liking and commenting on it.

One Facebook user encouraged everyone to give Ms Morales a PayPal donation of $1 ‘which would equal the tip she deserved’.

After the fist fight, the injured New Braunfels student was taken to an area hospital where he died on Wednesday afternoon. According to police, Logan Davidson had been knocked unconscious and was bleeding from the face after having been punched twice by his attacker, another 15-year-old.

The entire attack of 15-year-old Logan Davidson had been recorded by surveillance cameras and showed that the New Braunsfels student did not die after a fist fight but after a vicious attack by another 15-year-old student. According to Captain John McDonald with the New Braunfels police, “this was an assault.

Both of these young men were in the same classroom when the bell rang. And the victim walked out of the classroom where the offender was waiting for him and assaulted him." Captain John McDonald emphasized that the altercation between the two 15-year-olds was not a fight and that Logan Davidson “did not have time to react.”

The 15-year-old attacker of Logan Davidson has been charged with aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury, according to the New Braunfels Police Department, and is currently being detained at the Guadalupe County Juvenile Detention Center.

Neither the New Braunfels student who died after the fist fight nor his attacker had any previous disciplinary issues nor was there any indication which would have suggested that there was a problem between the two students.
