Lindsay Lohan Limo, Perhaps realizing that too many issues have been piling up of late, Lindsay Lohan has cleared away one of them. The troubled actress has settled out of court with the limousine company that claimed she owed them nearly $100,000. The report surfaced on Saturday.
Elite Transportation Limo and Security Services had sued Lohan in early October, claiming the former Disney star used services (which runs up to $6,000 an hour) from February to May of 2009, but never paid the bill. Elites claimed the actress had piled up a bill of $90,585.79.
If it sounds familiar, it is. Lohan reportedly also skipped out on a $46,000 hotel bill, as well.
The limo company and LiLo settled the case out of court earlier this week, according to the report. It seems that the company didn't get every last penny, but enough to make sense: Lohan paid nearly to the full amount owed.
With that, the case was dismissed by both parties.
One issue down, but one issue is coming quickly. Reports are that she will soon be charged with lying to police after her earlier car crash on the Pacific Coast Highway, back in June.
