New Obama Slogan, With Election Day ten days away, a new Barack Obama campaign slogan sign attracted more criticism from the right-wing establishment. The new Obama slogan "Forward!" that is designed to pump up enthusiasm ahead of the 2012 elections, still has hard-liners comparing it to Marxism.

On October 29, IBTimes ran a story about the controversial matter and asked the question the new Obama slogan: "Is it Communist?"

As history shows, those who prescribed to Karl Marx and his views used the word "Forward" as propaganda to attract support in taking Europe beyond capitalism and into communism and socialism.

Back in April, a news publication tried to make a compelling argument that suggested the president's slogan "Forward" confirmed his ties to radicalism.

While it laid out a rich history of 19th century happenings, it failed at making the argument that President Barack Obama is a Socialist or Communist.

In 1905, Vladimir Lenin founded the publication, "Vpered," the Russian word that means "Forward."

The new Obama slogan days before Election Day, is not promoting a magazine and has nothing to do with ideals from over a century ago.

However, any suggestions that the new slogan for the Obama campaign is the president's hidden agenda for adopting communism is ludicrous at best.

Hard-liners, who continue on this hunting-expedition, are intent to discredit the president's ideology and legacy by any means necessary.

From the birther controversy, alleged voter suppression, to suggesting a new campaign sign and slogan for Barack Obama is an endorsement for Marxism, is tantamount to guerrilla campaign tactics.

From a purely political perspective, the new campaign slogan with the period removed ahead of Election Day 2012, helps the president and that could translate to votes.
