Lindsay Lohan Hurricane Sally, As Hurricane Sandy moves closer to the north east, cities from Philadelphia to New York and Boston are bracing for a storm of historic scale. But there is at least one person who is in no rush to get prepared -- Lindsay Lohan.
Lindsay provided her 4.5 million Twitter followers Sunday night with a bizarre string of tweets related to the storm, which she re-named “Sally.” It all started at 9pm, when she tweeted, “WHY is everyone in SUCH a panic about hurricane (i'm calling it Sally)..? Stop projecting negativity! Think positive and pray for peace.”
WHY is everyone in SUCH a panic about hurricane (i'm calling it Sally)..? Stop projecting negativity! Think positive and pray for peace. That tweet has now been retweeted 3,500 times and came after she retweeted an American Red Cross tweet about getting your emergency family plans ready.
After tweeting a Marilyn Monroe quote, the Liz & Dick actress turned her attention back to ‘Hurricane Sally.’ She was proud that her fans got #HURRICANESALLY trending, retweeting one follower who gave her the good news.
Then, she noticed that ‘Hurricane Sally’ already had a Wikipedia page. Unfortunately for her, the page has since been deleted.
Unfortunately for us, we won’t get any interesting responses from her rep Steve Honig about her tweets, since he quit last week.
Hurricane Sandy has forced NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo to suspend mass transit in New York City and several states have declared states of emergency.
