Shanelle Workman Mom, Ariel Winter's mother Crystal Workman, wanted to use risque pictures of her other daughter, Shanelle Workman against her in court in order to gain custody of her daughter and "Modern Family" star.
According to RadarOnline, Crystal Workman lost custody of her 14-year-old daughter after Winter claimed she physically and emotionally abused her. Since then, Winter has been in the custody of her older daughter Shanelle Workman.
In an effort to win her daughter back, Crystal has been sending Jonathan Hay, a publicist she recruited, text messages to leak her naked pictures to help her case.
These were the messages obtained by RadarOnline and verified to be from Winter's mother:
Crystal: "What are you thinking about the caption?"
Crystal: "Everything on that photo should show since she is trying to steal my child. Yuck."
Crystal: "Let me know when the photo is out."
In response to the proposal of leaking the photos, Hay RadarOnline, "In all my years of being a publicist, I have never seen anyone stoop as low as wanting to sell out and destroy the reputation of her own daughter. Crystal said she wanted the public to see Shanelle for who she really was and smear her daughter in attempts to try and get custody back of Ariel."
Hay continued, "Crystal has called me nonstop in the last 48 hours, trying to get me to leak these pictures. Clearly, Ariel is in the right place with Shanelle and away from her mother."
