Allen Iverson's bank account has been commandeered by a Georgia judge ... who's garnishing the former NBA star's earnings so A.I. can repay a 6-figure debt to his flashy GA jeweler.

According to court papers obtained by TMZ ... Iverson was sued back in 2010 for allegedly stiffing Aydin & Company Jewelers on a $375,000 bill.

The records show ... A.I. never responded to the lawsuit ... so a default judgement was issued in favor of the jewelry store ... allowing A&C to collect $859,896.46 for the bling, court costs, interest and attorneys fees.

But A.I. still didn't pay ... so earlier this month .. the judge signed off on an order which allows the store to recoup their loss directly from Iverson's Wells Fargo bank account.

So far, it's unclear if the store has received its money. Calls to Iverson's rep have not been returned.
Allen Iverson’s bank account is one ice according to a GA judge. In order to pay his 6 figure debt off to a GA jeweler his wages have been garnished until the debt is repaid according to TMZ. Back in 20210 Iverson was sued for allegedly not making payments on his Aydin & Company Jewelers $375,000 bill. Former 76ers Superstar Allen Iverson used to dominate the NBA, but he isn’t getting a check from any NBA team this year because nobody is interested in having him play on their squad. Last season he tried to play in Turkey, but that didn’t work out, so he’s currently unemployed.
It hasn’t been good times for Iverson. Truth of the matter is that nothing has been going well for the former 76ers Superstar. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia nowadays and he was just hit with a whopping jewelry bill.
A judge in the state of Georgia ruled against him in a court case and subsequently took over his bank account so that Iverson is forced to pay a jewelry bill of $859,896.46. According to a TMZ.com report, the former NBA scoring leader has been ordered by the court to pay not only the jewelry bill of Aydin and Company Jewelers, but he must also pay their court costs, interest and attorney fees.
Former NBA star Allen Iverson bank account is looking MORE EMPTIER these days, as a Georgia judge has order his wages to be GARNISHED.

According to TMZ, Iverson was sued back in 2010 for not paying Aydin & Company Jewelers $375,000 bill.

According to court papers, Iverson NEVER RESPONDED to the lawsuit filed against him. For not responding, a default judgement was issued in favor of the jewelry store, which allowed them to collect $859,896.46 for the jewelry, which included court cost, interest and attorney fees.

THE SAD THING is that, AGAIN, Iverson ignore the judge and didn't pay anything, so earlier this month the judge ordered that his wages, from his Wells Fargo bank account, be garnished so that the store could recoup their loss directly, which means
