Prince William -- you and Kate Middleton already have fulfilled the most important job that a British royal has — producing an heir. But according to Life & Style magazine, you’re so thrilled with the adorable addition to your family, you already want to go for baby No. 2.


Prince William & Kate Middleton: Another Baby Is A Great Idea

Kate, we hear that you’re now trying to get pregnant by Christmas so that you and William can make a happy announcement to both your families, who you will see during the holidays. That’s a lovely idea, but I’m sure that you two also want to get the pressure off of royal heir production since it’s usually customary in the royal family business to have both an heir and a spare.

It sounds kind of like giving birth for you is a business, and unfortunately, William, in your case it is.

Nevertheless, William and Kate, you are both extremely loving and hands-on parents. In fact, you’re the most hands-on parents that the British royal family has ever seen.

William’s beloved mother, Diana, was a highly involved and affectionate mom and she broke every royal child-raising tradition in the book. But William, your father, Prince Charles, was not so eager in the hands-on department, especially when you were young. You William, however, decided to follow in your mother’s footsteps and attended Prince George‘s birth, then changed his first diaper, buckled him into a carseat and drove him and Kate home from the hospital yourself.

Your royal subjects loved it, and you and Kate are loving parenthood, too, with a passion.

Even before Kate got pregnant, William, you had said in interviews you wanted two children. You have a close relationship with your own brother, Prince Harry, and Kate is also very close to her two siblings, Pippa and James. So it makes sense that aside from British royal tradition, you would also want more children.

I think it’s a wonderful idea that you want to get the obligatory baby-making out of the way so you can simply enjoy your beautiful family and also have plenty of years to have a third or fourth baby, according to your own wants and timetable.
