Katy perry john mayer, Katy Perry was spotted supporting her boyfriend John Mayer this week as he hit New York for his tour 'Born And Raised.'
The 'Teenage Dream' star was pictured looking shy and retiring earlier this week helping 'Your Body Is A Wonderland' singer unpack his tour bus after the pair arrived in New York.
It's hard to believe that just a few days prior, Katy, 28, had danced around in a pair of boxing shorts to a huge crowd by Brooklyn Bridge for the VMAs.
Her boyfriend John Mayer also kept things casual in a striped shirt and blue jeans, while carrying bags into the venue ready for his show to promote new album 'Paradise Valley'.
Although she has a single and a new album to promote, the 'Roar' superstar had clearly set aside time to support her beau.
John recently opened up about his new album Paradise Valley and his famous pop star girlfriend. The singer admitted that his duet with Katy on his album Who You Love is about realising that you can't hide from love.
"I started singing 'And my girl, she ain't the one I saw coming/ Sometimes I don't know which way to go/ And I tried to run before, but I'm not running anymore.' In 2013, modern-day times that's sweet," he said.
Adding: "Because there's so many other things to occupy your time that you can do for yourself. That to say, I tried to be alone and I can't. This is sort of our generation."
Katy's latest empowering pop single 'Roar' recently became her 12th top 10 hit single on the US Billboard Hot 100.
Her forthcoming album, 'Prism', hits the shelves on October 22.
