New Monopoly token, For all those cat lovers who simply couldn't bring themselves to partake in Monopoly without a feline representative on the board, today is your day. The new Monopoly token is officially making its debut and guess what? It's a cat.

The cat token was the winner of a worldwide vote for a new token in the classic Hasbro board game. The cat beat out a guitar, robot, helicopter and diamond ring for the coveted spot. (Imagine that version of "The Hunger Games"...)

The real loser in all of this? The iron, which has been "retired," but Social Climber bets the poor thing is feeling a lot more like fired.
