Famous Grandparents

In celebration of Grandparents Day today, we’re putting the spotlight on the grandchildren of famous grandmothers and grandfathers. Can you guess which notables these kids call "Grandma" and "Grandpa"?

Curtis and Sydney

This brother-sister duo share some super-athletic DNA: Mom is a retired boxer, Dad is a former NFL wide receiver, and Grandpa is one the most famous athletes of all time.
Jenna and Barbara

These fraternal twins – a news correspondent and a global health advocate – are the granddaughters of a former president and first lady and the daughters of the 43rd president.
Miel

Now a bestselling author, Miel’s grandma is best known for her antagonistic role on a prime-time soap opera. Fans may have loved to hate her character, but this grandma has only love for her granddaughter.
Romy and Cosima

These sisters’ artistic family includes an Oscar-winning writer/director mother, a French musician father and a grandfather who just happens to be a movie-making icon.
Lauren

Lauren, a 28-year-old model and designer, has politics in her blood. She is the granddaughter of a former president and first lady and the niece of the 43rd president.
Apple and Moses

Moses and his big sister are the kids of a beautiful actress and successful frontman rocker father. Their grandmother, who is an actress as well, is known for her environmental and health care activism.
Eliel and Ethan

No word yet on whether these cousins are following in their action-hero grandpa’s footsteps, but what do we know? The grandkids have an uncle who is younger than both of them.
Ryder & Bingham

These two boys are the grandsons of a well-known Hollywood actress who won an Academy Award for her first major film role. Their mother is also a popular actress whose first film role landed her an Oscar nomination
Paris, Prince and Blanket

The siblings’ grandmother and grandfather form the foundation of one of the most successful musical families of all time. Their father, though deceased, continues to be known as the King of Pop.
Mason

In his two-and-a-half short years, Mason has already become a celebrity thanks to time spent with his grandmother and mother on their hit E! reality show. We’re sure little sister Penelope isn’t too far behind.
Sunny Levine

This grandson is following in his music-legend grandfather’s footsteps. He produced an album for Pete Yorn, released a solo album in 2008 and composed the soundtrack for his aunt’s latest movie.
Stefania

Stefania's grandmother is the eponymous fashion designer of her own clothing line, which she launched in 1984 after leaving her post as chief designer at Anne Klein.
Daniel Julez

Daniel Julez, born in 2004, is the grandson of a fashion designer who began the line with Julez's famous aunt. His mother, a singer, songwriter and actress, has been featured in ads for the clothing line.
Skye

Currently starring on this FOX sitcom, Skye's grandmother is also known for her roles on "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" and "Malcolm in the Middle," among a host of others. With eight Primetime Emmys, she's won more than any other actor to date.
Ava

Ava shares a birthday month with twin cousins Mosley and Marshall, born just 10 days after her. All three are part of a legendary football family that includes a one-time Super Bowl champ, a two-time Super Bowl winner and a College Football Hall of Fame grandfather.
Pearl

The cries of this newborn were music to the ears of her TV host/music manager grandmother and heavy metal grandfather. Even Pearl's papa rose to celebrity with the family's reality show on MTV.
Tripp

Tripp's grandmother is a former governor and vice-presidential nominee who continues to make a name for herself as an author and political commentator. His mother starred on a reality show on Lifetime, but it was recently canceled.
Paul

Paul's grandmother is the former speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives and the first woman to ever hold the position. Currently, she is the House minority leader.
Finley and Harper

In October 2008, twins Harper and Finley were the third and fourth children born to their singer-songwriter mother. Their grandmother is an actress and businesswoman, best known as the former wife of "The King."
Harlow and Sparrow

This sister and brother come from a creative family. Their dad and uncle make up two-fifths of a popular rock group. Mom is a fashion designer and actress who mentors on a design competition show. Grandpa is an Oscar- and Grammy-winning singer-songwriter.
Edgar Cooper

Edgar Cooper's comedian grandmother, best known for never being one to hold her tongue, has appeared in and hosted several shows, some of them right alongside his mother.

Sasha and Malia

A retired bank secretary, this grandmother now spends a lot of time at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, helping raise her granddaughters when their mother and father, who have somewhat demanding schedules, are on the road.
Raif

Raif's grandmother has two stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame — one as the lead singer of a very successful Motown group in the 1960s and one as a solo artist. In 1977, she won a Tony Award for her one-woman show and in 2007 received the Kennedy Center Honors.
Jude and Truman

Big sister Jude and baby brother Truman are the grandchildren of the queen of elegant homemaking. This grandmother's empire includes magazines, cookbooks and TV and radio shows that display her impeccable gardening, cooking and decorating skills.
Delilah

This little one – whose parents are no longer together – is the first grandchild for her rocker grandfather, who still has two kids at home.
Milo

This only child of an actress mom and a musician dad has stardom in his blood. His grandfather – who recently vacated his “American Idol” judge seat – co-founded a hugely successful rock band.
Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne

This crew -- adopted and biological – belongs to a Hollywood mega-star couple. Recently, they've gotten to spend some quality time with their grandfather, despite his rocky relationship with their mom.
