“I am urging Hillary Clinton to run for President, and when she does, she will have my full and unwavering support,” the third-ranking Senate Democrat said during a keynote speech at a Democratic Party fundraiser in Des Moines, Iowa.
He also made his stance public on Twitter just before the speech:Clinton spokesman Nick Merrill said the endorsement was “very flattering,” but that the former Secretary of State has not made a decision about a possible run.
