Mohammed Ahmed Abdi, Liban Abdullah, Adan Ibrahim and Hussein Hassan were charged with involvement in the attackl, aiding a terrorist group and being in Kenya illegally, Capital FM reported Monday.
The men denied the charges, authorities said.
The four men are to remain in police custody until Nov. 11 when they are scheduled to appear in court, The Star in Nairobi reported.
The attack was made on Nairobi's Westgate Mall. The dead included security officers and many people were injured.
