Arbys Worker Finger Injury

Arbys Worker Finger Injury - employee reported to management she had sliced her finger.

The Jackson County health department report was obtained by the Jackson Citizen Patriot via a Freedom of Information Act request.

The newspaper said Monday (http://bit.ly/JNyTmV) the report indicates the woman cut herself at the Jackson restaurant about the time 14-year-old Ryan Hart found a piece of finger in his roast beef sandwich on May 11.

The report says the employee hurt herself on a meat slicer and left for one to two minutes to get a towel to wrap her hand.
In a statement last week, an Arby’s spokesman called the finger in the sandwich an “isolated and unfortunate accident.”
