Eman Moss and Tiffany Moss, Eman Moss called 911 to say he was suicidal and his 10-year-old daughter had died from drinking an unknown chemical. Gwinnett County police found little Emani Moss' corpse in a garbage bin outside the apartment. The victim's father and stepmom, Tiffany Moss, were charged with murder, child cruelty and concealing a body.

Eman Moss called 911 early Saturday morning and told a dispatcher he was with a dead body and thought he might kill himself, police said. He claimed his daughter drank some kind of chemical and died, police said.
