After their fair share of health troubles, Bill and Giuliana Rancic welcomed their first son Duke via surrogate in Aug. 2012. The happy family is looking to expand their brood even more — and luckily for them, the same surrogate that carried their son for them is willing to do it again!

Bill definitely stressed that no matter how they welcome their baby, the baby itself is the biggest reward. “It doesn’t matter how you get your little baby. When you’re holding the baby in your arms and you see their smile, it doesn’t matter,” he told Life & Style.
