Romney Election Watch Party, As Chairman of the Romney Illinois Campaign, and in partnership with the Illinois Republican Party, the Chicago Republican Party and the Chicago Young Republicans, we will be hosting an Election Night Watching Party at 7PM, after the polls close, on November 6, 2012 at theWit Hotel, 201 North State Street in Chicago.
Admission is complimentary, but pre-registration is needed for event planning and security. A ticket will be emailed from the Hosts after on line registration at EventbriteIf you do not pre-register on line, you will need to complete a form at the check in desk the night of the event.
If you would like to Co-Host the Watching Party with us, you may do so by making a check directly to theWit and mailing it c/o Dan Rutherford 220 West Howard Street, Pontiac, IL 61764. A Host payment to theWit may also be done via the EventBrite site:The Watching is not sponsored by a PAC and payments to theWit cover costs of the Hosts and their guests; it is not a contribution to a PAC.
Hosts will have a private, VIP, Host Reception from 6-7PM at a private lounge of theWit Hotel before the Watching Party at 7PM. Hosts will have a special name tag for the evening, name on the Host Recognition Board and be able to invite friends and supporters to the Election Night Watching Party as their guests.
