Jennifer Garner Ben Affleck Son, She has soldiered on heavily pregnant for weeks now. But Jennifer Garner has finally given birth to her third child. The 39-year-old actress who is married to actor Ben Affleck has given birth to a son who joins the couple's daughters Violet, six and Seraphina, three.
Ben also confirmed the happy news by posting a message on his Facebook page.
We are happy to announce on February 27, Jennifer gave birth to a healthy baby boy, Samuel Garner Affleck,' he wrote.
The couple, who have been married for seven years, announced Jennifer’s third pregnancy in August 2011.
The actress did not use her pregnancy as the opportunity to put her feet up and instead was seen running errands almost daily.
Jennifer was last spotted out with her daughters just last week as she took them to a library.
Earlier this month the couple revealed they had decided to let their daughters choose the name of their unborn child.
'Our girls are working on names. At first they were definitely Disney. It was like, Donald Duck, Minnie Mouse Affleck. And then they’ve moved on. Then it was Peter Pan, Captain Hook, Smee.
They’re coming up with lists and coming in and saying, ‘Let’s have a baby-naming contest! Let’s have a baby-naming poll! They ask everyone, because they just want to know. But we’re not telling,' she told E! Online.
Jennifer will also play a mother in her new film, The Odd Life of Timothy Green, which will be released August 15.
In it, she and co-star Joel Edgerton play a 'childless couple who bury a box in their backyard, containing all of their wishes for an infant. Soon, a child is born, though he is not all that he appears.'
