Ryan Seacrest Julianne Hough

Ryan Seacrest and Julianne Hough love nest sold at a loss? Real estate and romance news about Hollywood celebrities Ryan Seacrest and Julianne Hough made headline news when he sold his $11 million dollar mansion in California for a half a million dollar loss. The National Ledger claims the love nest where the hot female dancer from "Dancing With The Stars" and reality TV competition host from "American Idol" was let go.

Formerly owned by actor Kevin Costner, the new owners of the celebrity property, "... will get to enjoy a host of amenities, including a pool, spa, tennis court, library, billiards room, a bar, wine cellar and a state-of-the-art gym with TV monitors attached to the treadmills... says the media outlet.

"Ryan sold the 8,000 square foot property - which boasts a detached private nightclub and three adjacent guest-homes as well as the main house spread across 2.87 sprawling acres of grounds - as he recently splashed out $37 million buying a Beverly Hills mansion from Ellen DeGeneres and Portia De Rossi."

The National Ledger also claimed that Seacrest (who happens to be on Forbes list of the most wealthy and powerful people in Hollywood) is living in his new home - which the talk show host Ellen Degeneres and her wife Portia De Rossi sold at an $11 million loss - with girlfriend Julianne Hough. Hough is the sister of professional dancer Derek Hough, the most popular pro on DWTS. She recently played the female leading role in the movie remake of "Footloose", the film first made popular back in the 1980s when actor Kevin Bacon danced the leading man role.

Ryan Seacrest is currently ranked number 19 on Forbes list of highest paid celebrities. The LA Times also noted the celebrity property sale, saying,

It took almost two seasons, but "American Idol" host Ryan Seacrest has sold his gated Hollywood Hills West estate for $11 million. It first came on the market in 2010 at $14.95 million.

The 10,000-square-foot Mediterranean, built in 1974, was remodeled during Seacrest's ownership. The villa, which sits on nearly an acre of hilltop with canyon and city views, features a gym, a wine cellar and a screening room.

Including the guest house, the property has six bedrooms and 61/2 bathrooms. There is a tennis court and a swimming pool.
