Liberty Ross walked the red carpet on Aug. 22 for the first time since news broke that her husband Rupert Sanders was having an affair with Kristen Stewart. The British model looked stunning in her silky ensemble, however there was one noticeable accessory missing — her wedding ring.
Although Liberty, 33, is still heartbroken from her husband’s infidelity with the 22-year-old actress, a source told Us Weekly that “no decisions have been made” about their 15-year relationship.
“Nothing has been filed,” explained the source. “It’s still too early to tell what will happen. She is talking to and seeing Rupert now for the kids, but as far as the marriage she’s still processing everything that happened.”
The Snow White and the Huntsman director issued a public apology to his family on July 25, saying, “I am utterly distraught about the pain I have caused my family.”
Nonetheless, the source said that Liberty has had a hard time dealing with the aftermath of Rupert’s affair, especially all the media attention. “She is very strong and working through it and keeping private about it.”
